Is a Diane Sawyer a Democrat?

I don't know what her party is, or if she's supposed to be neutral or independent etc.

She's a dedicated, hard-working, independent woman who's earned tons of respect worldwide. I'd say she's a Democrat.

She seemed all bubbly and happy last week (Democrat Convention) and she seems rather tepid this week (Republican Convention) - I predicted this two weeks ago, my "moderate/independant" girlfriend watchs GMA.  My guess is that Sawyer is an Obama joe Biden supporter.

Well, she came out aganst her network saying, 'I WILL NOT be told who to vote for by my employer', when they advised her to be supportive of Obama on air.

I thought that was somethin'.

I don't know how she votes today. However, she worked in the press office of Richard Nixon. She stayed past the resignation to help the transition, then went to California to aid him with his memoirs (some considered her for the identity of Deep Throat).

she's probably a moderate..  I know she's a fan of Glenn Beck, so it's possible she's a Conservative,.. Glenn Beck is entertaining so who knows.
