Yes it is, all 50 states recognize each other's licenses, as well as the 10 Provincial and 3 Territories of Canada's as well.

Florida drivers liscense is valid all over the United States.

All 50 states recognize each others licenses. They also exchange ticket info, so if you get a speeding ticket out of state they'll notify Florida and "Bingo" Florida will attach points.

it shouldnt be...until it expires...they dont know that you are not just visiting. i have a maine drivers license and i live in NC...ive never been asked anything about it...unless florida has different laws..you should do some searching on the web under the florida state website.
