Is a G wirless adapter good for a laptop? I Only Use It At Home Tbh & At My Aunt? Help, thanks :)

Really depends on where the wireless router is positioned and also what other protocols the router supports (g / n etc.)

If the router is close by then a G network adapter will be fine. Also the speed of a G network adapter will be fine as it supports up to 54 Mbps and your internet within the foreseeable future will not go faster than 20 Mbps.
