  1. yes it has a front auxilary input on it


  2. I could be wrong but it looks like it does not have full ipod control through the deck.  It has an auxiliary port to plug in your ipod but you have to control it through the ipod it self.  On the Crutchfield site, it does not list an ipod cable as an accessory for that model.
