  1. A LIVING WILL is a personal decision.  EVERYONE should have an updated will, no matter how little you have.


  2. A living will is an optional legal device which states that in the event you are incapacitated and cannot live without being on a life support system that you don't want to be like a vegetable on life support.  Let you die with dignity.  It has nothing to do with you marrying a foreigner.

  3. A will is not a requirement to marry a foreigner.
