Is a South African considered to be racist if that person votes for skin color..?

If a person votes, judges, selects, loves or hates a person based on their nationality, origin, or skin colour then they are guilty of racism in its true sense. Putting colour before the person is racism. Pity the new government haven't learnt this either!!!

Yes it is but some people may argue that it's a fact that blacks can't govern a country properly, only dictate one.

nope. i will never vote for a white person for president because i have seen first hand what they can do... and dont call me a racist.. your just a hypocrite if you do..

There's nothing wrong with selective racism. I view certain races to be superior over others as a result of what has been observed over the millennia. I wish it weren't so, but it's a fact.

However, when an inferior race gets artificially inserted into a position of power, that is when things go horribly awry.
