Is a Yahoo group moderator allowed to charge for posting something, like a job vacancy?

Over the nine years since I started my main group,   a club back then, and has had more than 16,000 posts with 2,500 ,members , I've been asked many times  by businessmen  in the tourist town we promote   offering compensation  to  advertise their busineses,.  I've always refused, believing it wouldn't be proper.  I  also refuse to accept self -promoting posts.   I've  just looked through the TOS but can't see anything   saying it can't be done.  However I'm no lawyer and certainly don't have time to spend 20 minutes trying to read through it.  Check below maybe it's in there.
