Is a Yu-Gi-Oh frog deck good?

I need a good yu-gi-oh deck to beat my friend with will a frog deck work

tsc no way!!! it'sn not but an ocian deck with olot of frogs are good, but ya whant more ocian monsters then frogs cuzz they have good efects an good points unlike frogs that can get destroyed easy!!

Well, that could be Gladiator Beast, Lightsworn, Monarch, Macro (Your best bet) and Burn. I would check metagame.com or TCGplayer.com for these decks. But since Im nice, Ill post the links to the decks of past winners with these decks.
