  1. Its only illegal if you get caught...lol

  2. It's illegal even if the two guys who are fighting agrees.

As long as you don't get caught and get reported, there shouldn't be any problem. The police really wouldn't do anything even if they see a little street fight video. But if one guy press charges for being badly injured, the other guy is in trouble depending on the situation and how the court rules it.

  3. Laws were only made to be broken.  If two combatants want to go at it full throtle and they're both looking at it from a "skill assessment" stand point there's no county judge that could convict them any way without stepping all over their constitutional rights.  I can plainly see that hit shows like "COPS" have most yahoo answers folks all freaked out over "The Law", but the truth is that two such people are well within the bounds of the law to fight on private property if they so chose too.

All the other answers here are what the "communists" in the media  count on out of a scared American public.  A decent cop would watch from the fence line as two "consenting fighters" went at it full contact.  A punk with a badge would make an a** of himself in court if he decided to arrest two such men that's for sure.

BTW amateur fighting in your own back yard isn't illegal contrary to "scared public" beliefs.  The only way they might make a fuss about it is if the two combatants don't have a proper promoter's license in their state, but that's if a cop wanted to get all technical about it like the a**holes often do.

One more thing if it were soooo illegal then why aren't they arresting dojo instructors who allow sparring in their dojo's?  Afterall you can see everything through most of those giant plate glass windows those joints have.  Even if two such men were arrested for a simple test of skill fight this would be so debatable that even the drunkest most a**hole county judge of them all would have some idiot prosecutor reduce the charges to "disorderly conduct" and give both men a small fine and that's if both of the combatants were too poor to fight such an a**hole judge with a really good private attorney.

  4. h**l yea itz illegal! as long as you dont get caught, lol. i think dat two people or more are in it and they are responsible for what happens to themselves.

if its a scrap they want, they'll get. besides, if they get caught, better not hear them complain about getting arrested

  5. Not unless one of the people in the fight presses charges. That's why you have to sign wavers at competitions. That and in case you're injured of killed.
