no, booster packs consist of about 250 different cards.

now the blue eyes booster will not just give you the blue eyes.

each booster pack has a certain amount of rares in it.

but everytime you buy a booster, it is usually, 8 common cards, and 1 rare/holo

the blue eyes in this pack is an ultra rare, which is pretty hard to get, so suggesting you should just buy the old kaiba starter deck, it comes with one blue eyes white dragon. or maybe i could sell you one if you wanted.
