  2. Pacific Blue Marlin (Kajiki) is eatable, and, if cooked correctly, delicious.

    The Blue Marlin has a firm flesh so you can use your favourite tuna or swordfish recipe.  It grills very nicely.

    In "sources," I have included a few recipes.
