Is a bowl of cereal and a box of raisons a good source of iron?

I really need more iron in my blood because i don't eat meat so is this a good source of iron?

It said on the box of cheerios that it had 45% iron

and the raisons have 6% a box.

mind you i dont have milk with the cheerios i eat them dry. i hate milk.

  1. Any cereal that has at least 30% iron is good.. oatmeal is even better. Also, have a glass of juice because vitamin C helps the body absorb iron.


  2. Then you should try Frosted Mini-wheats They have 150% DV iron content... plus they are good dry.

  3. Read the labels..Take some iron pills
