Hey ,

Thanks to everyone who gave a reply!

the cut of the dress is a halter style its below knee length and fitted in the middle kinda like a 50s inspired look.I was told since its evening and summer and its was said to be pretty casual that it would be fine but just needed some extra help .Thanks again guys :)

  1. Do NOT wear all white to someone else's wedding, if the dress is mostly brown with white dots that would be fine, but you would have to see how the bride feels about others wearing all white.

  2. Sounds good to me. Have fun!

  3. depends on what kind of fabric it is and the cut of the dress.

If it's an evening gown then it would be fine.

If it's another type of dress then it would be alright if the wedding is casual and not formal.

if that's the only dress you have and you can't afford something then wear it, it doesn't matter, it's more important that you be at your cousin's wedding.

  4. Do you have a picture? It sounds like it could be very classy looking, depending on the dress. I am assuming it is mainly brown. I have several polka dot dresses that are lovely.

  5. no it sounds tacky. wear a solid colored dress, don't wear white at all in my opinion. how about a brown dress? sundresses are cute too if it's outdoors or look for cocktail dresses.

  6. That's sounds a little tacky....

how about a nice white dress  tube fit , with a pretty flower on the side of your hair or a classic black dress you could never go wrong with that.
