Ok so I've watched Wanted,

in several scenes characters performed bullet curves, I do understand that it's Hollywood CGI and by human means it's impossible but is there any way to do this with use of technology?

  1. It is not possible because if you watch the bullet it goes down then back up and unless you shot it into electro magnetic fields it is not possible.

  2. Bullets don't fly straight. The trajectory is slightly curved. The spin tends to keep the bullet pointing on the same direction all the way but there are many factors that affects that.

Slightly curved. What they show in that movie is physically impossible.

Anyway, I'm glad Angelina didn't get hit!

  3. It depends on how you spin the bullet.  If you could spin the bullet sideways, it would curve like a curveball in baseball.  It wouldn't curve anywhere near as much as shown in the movie though.

  4. Absolutely. Assuming your bullet is some sort of ferromagnetic material you could use a magnetic or electric field to influence the path. It would have to be crazy strong though. Even a strong gravitational field would do it, although that would be harder to produce.

  5. What film were you watching gabykawa? She totally did.

    In the head.
