Is a child harrassing a parent also domestic abuse?

if its a little kid then no but if its a teenager yes. you can scare them by calling non emergency and have a cop come or if you know a cop and tell the child they are getting arrested for domestic abuse. that should scare them

Depends on the form the harrassment takes. Gobbing off on Y!A would count as severe harrassment.

my children are huge hephalumps who harrass me for food and money.typical conversation  ;

19 yr old son " mum can you make some toast?"

me "you know where the toaster is,make it yourself!"

son "but your my mum" said in whingy pathetic voice.

this constant psychological bombardment wearing you down IS parent abuse!!!!!!

it can be. i'd need to know in what context the child is harassing and the child's age. i'm heard of some instances where the child has been so harassing, that the police have actually charged them with domestic violence. children this out of control, tend to be in their teens though.
