  1. YES, it's the one thing that keep's the government working for us, not us working for the government, and without one, we have Fascism.

which s basically where were heading today.

  2. Very. The constitution guarantees our right of Free Speech. If we didn't have that we wouldn't be able to be on this website.

It also limits the government from controlling every aspect of our lives (which the Democrats would like to do). It guarantees that we can worship or not worship any way we want. It gives us all the freedoms that so many of us take for granted.

  3. it gives us right to espress our self againt the govermetn, it gives us right to have guns, right of religion and rights of privacy but the bush policy is taking away this right whitht the patriot act

  4. Yes. It's purpose is to limit the government's power and keep the government in check. Left alone the government will evolved into a tyrannical and fascist entity. Just look at the old European kings. The US Constitution was modeled on trying to stop dictatorships from happening.

But in our case it failed. The US government is now communist. The Democrats were taken over by the communists first, then the Supreme Court, and now the Republicans are being taken over by the communists. Commie police state here we come!

  5. Not to the current US administration, obviously...
