  1. Nope

thats one of the many penalties /drawbacks of being convicted of a felony

  2. I would hope not !!!

  3. no

  4. Not in california.

  5. I am no expert on this, but it is my understanding.....working some of the elections.

Voting rights are taken away from 'some', but not all.  It depends on what crime they committed.

Once they have completed their sentence (aka...did the crime, and did the time), their voting rights are restored.

  6. Not in Wyoming.  I don't know about other states.

  7. No they lose their voting rights : )

  8. Voting is one of the rights a felon loses when he/she chooses to break the laws of our society.  (But do not give up hope, some liberal will try to change this)

  9. No they are not, at least here in PA they aren't or Jersey either.

  10. No, I hope not

  11. YES

Convicted felons are allowed to vote AFTER they have been released, in MANY STATES

the following web page will tell you which states allow

and which states have restrictions and which states do not allow

    http://www.felonvotingprocon.org/pop/Sta...

    after org.    type in  /pop/StateLaws.htm

AND    YES IN CALIFORNIA /TEXAS/OHIO  (after probation)

  12. NO.

It should stay that way forever.

If Clinton gets elected, I am certain she'd try to change it.

She'd also want illegal immigrants to vote, even though they aren't citizens and didn't do anything for this country.

Uh-oh, I feel some thumbs down approaching.....:(
