  1. Are you the sibling who thinks his/her other siblings are irritating?  Are you a fed-up parent looking for a loophole?

Knowing your circumstance would be helpful, but the likely answer is NO.  Family is family and all in it should make the effort to love, respect, appreciate and support each other.

  2. they try and use anything for reason to remove children . As long as each s*x has there own rooms and parent have room all should be fine . But if speaking of dcf cps  they try and fond any reason to take children . It is money game . If they dont have a warrant they need to go away . unless a child is being abused then they shouldnt be there , And when i say abused i mean beaten starved . Not spanked or told to go to room . be careful .

  3. It would depend on where you live. There are states in the USA that have laws restricting the number of people, based on s*x and age and even age differences that can live in houses and apartments with a certain number of bedrooms.

You would need to call your local child welfare office and ask them what your local laws are.

Usually though, if the house or apartment is being kept clean, what will usually happen is the adults would simply be told to find a larger place.

  4. Afraid not.

  5. It depends, why

  6. filth, neglect, abandonment and abuse are grounds for removal of children.

some people can't help it if they aren't able to afford a bigger place.
