Yes you should be able to get them in Sept. they are a summer flower, at least here where I live they bloom in the summer.

Most daisies are summer-flowering.  Shastas flower in July around here.

they bloom in summer.  july and august.  my very last daisy is in bloom right now.  you can buy a daisy plant in sept. but it won't bloom til next summer.  you might be able to find some 'cut' variety's at the florist from the 'mum' family.  some look a lot like a daisy of sorts.
