I tend to underestimate how much meat I eat, but when I think about it averages out to 2 meals a day that contains meat. To me, this is too much and I'd like to eat less meat. I don't believe that meat is unhealthy, but eating it twice a day seems unnatural and excessive. I'd like to eat vegetarian for 4 days a week, replacing meat with beans, eggs, nuts, tofu, etc and 3 days a week I'll meat. I also want to eat more vegetables. I eat roughly what is recommended nutritionally, but I can cut back on certain things and eat more of other things. Has anyone else done this? If so, how is it working for you?
