  1. no I don't see how it could be

  2. no

  3. Not at all. What would you have them do?

  4. It takes even longer to get through the drive-thru at McDonald's. lol, but seriously I think it is a little harsh, but I can't think of a better way to assess the penalties at the track. The worst part is that you automatically go about 2 laps down just doing a drive thru penalty, when at most tracks you only go 1 lap down, or some cases none at all. For the short tracks maybe NASCAR could find a better way to assess the drive thru penalties but I'm not sure if there is another way or not. I guess at the end of the day you better try really hard not to mess up on pit lane, and hope you don't wreck and you should be alright at Bristol.

  5. Nope. Case in point. Jr. went one lap down because of a pit penalty. He was in position several times to stay out in front of Kyle Busch and wait for the next caution that would have put him at the tail end. He couldn't stay in front of the leader. I know there was at least three times that the restart had him on the outside of Kyle Busch. Not too mention there were at least six lucky dogs this past race. If they had them travel down the length of both pit roads, then I would say definitely "yes".

  6. no. its not too much. and i think that for these two reasons. that is one of the most electrifying races out there and second you do something to deserve a drive thru-....well then...you deserve a drive thru.

  7. No, it's consistent with all the other tracks. IT'S JUST WORSE AT BRISTOL/MARTINSVILLE/RICHMOND....but that's what short track racing is all about. Just an opinion.
