Is a female Rat supposed to have a saggy but?

Mine has a very large saggy bum does this mean it has a disease?

Are you sure its a female? That could just be rat testicles.

I think you should provide a picture to get more answers.

(if it is a female rat, it might be an inflammed a**s. my dogs get it all the time, but I dont know how to fix it in rats)

are you sure its a female? because if I remember correctly from anatomy class in high school male rats have extremely large testis that can resemble a large saggy bum. jus sayin.

The 'Saggy Bum' is more than likely a males testicles, meaning your female is actually a male.
