I live in QLD australia. I have been given a safety certificate (roadworthy) for a car but only the box and details for the 1st check have been performed. There has been no final check. It is just blank. Does this mean the certificate isn't complete and therefore the car isn't considered roadworthy?

  1. I would just call and find out because from what I have read on-line, it only refers to big trucks, better safe than sorry and good luck.

  2. Maybe Or Maybe not, Just for the sake of avoding a whole lotta trouble I would get the final inspection and have a new certificate made.
