Is a food court considered a service?

If a office building had a food court, one that had different eateries in and one that is a self service, delivery and catering, would that be considered a service if it deals with food? I know services are usually cleaning and maintenance, but is this particular idea?

  2. Yes, it is a service. All places that serve food (restaurants, deli, cafes, a hot dog vendor, etc.) are part of what is known as food services.

  3. yes, i think because they serve food and they cook it first, so i think cooking is part of the service
