  1. I-94 is the entry and exit record, not work permit. And P-4 is the dependent of Athletes and Entertainer, not a work permit. Thus you cannot work. Sorry.

  2. well i remember when i first came to the united states on teh stamp they used in my passport it said that  i was authorized to work till a certain date... but i dont know how they do all that now

  3. Absolutely!

  4. A P-4 nonimmigrant is not allowed to work.

The stamp you refer to is called an admission stamp. It shows when and where you entered.

The visa shows which classification you qualified for.

And your form I-94 is your evidence of alien registration. If it was endorsed with the classification P-4 and an expiration date, it controls how long you can stay, and the classification controls what activities you may engage in.

For someone in the P-4 classification, employment is not authorized.

  5. No. The I-94 only confirms that you were legally admited and shows the date you are admitted until, it does not authorize work.

To be eligible to work in the USA you need a work permit and either a social security number or a taxpayer indentification number.

  6. no, the stamp only indicated the date of your entry into the USA, in order to work you need a work visa
