I have Child Development Education and experience. I enjoy children and music. But, I cannot carry a tune. Would that affect my ability in this profession?

  1. no- as long as you share your passion of music with children and expose them to a variety of musical experiences, they will feed off of your enthusiam.

    Best of luck!

  2. No I couldnt sing worth anything! But the kids loved it! I taught Head Start for 5 years and daycare for 3 before that. As long as you're loud, controlled and you know how to have fun with it, they LOVE it!

  3. no because it's not about the voice it's about teaching.

  4. Not at all. If you're a good teacher and care about your students, carrying a tune is not a requirement. Your students won't mind, as long as you engage in activities with them and treat them all with respect, they'll like your voice regardless.

    Best of luck.
