  1. Anything below b is considered a fail by most bosses.

  2. its a fail.

  3. its definently a pass...anything from a-g is a pass...when you get a u on your paper that is unclassified therefore failing...a-c are the highest grades but a d is still a pass!

  4. It is a PASS.

Any grade A* to G is a PASS.

However, it's not a very good pass as most college courses ask for 5 GCSE's grade A* - C.

Some lower courses at colleges ask for GCSE grades A* - E.

It is a pass but not a good one.

    Well done anyway.

  5. Technically it is a pass - anything from A* to G is a pass. But to get into college you need a minimum of 5 A*-C grades. So as long as their other grades are higher, they're both fine.

  6. Every grade is a pass but the ones that are worth anything are A* - C grades.

  7. It's a pass... However for subject such as Bilogy, Chemistry and Maths in A levels... it will not be high enough to get through as maths is a requirement and colleges usually accept C and above.

  8. its a pass.

  9. YES it is.

Everything from A* to G is a PASS.

  10. Its not necessarily a fail, after all it is still a grade...a U would be a fail.

Just remember you usually need 5 A*-C to go to most colleges so this is where your grade becomes relevant. Most jobs also require a C in Maths and English so I suggest you re-sit it.

Have a talk with your maths teacher and find out what options you have. I heard that some schools let you resit in October so find out. If not you can still got to college and resit maths alongside whatever course/a-levels you take so don't worry.

    Good Luck and well done
