A certain father had brought his son to America and sponsored him for the green card. Then he decided he did not want to be a father any longer and went on a quest to destroy his son's life to have him deported and to have the son's green card taken away. The son couldn't take it any longer and left on his own, obviously, abandoning his status. His green card, however, was about to expire anyway... Unfortunetly, the son had left behind some debts. Will the father be held responsible to pay all the money since he was the green card sponsor in the first place?
