Im gittin sh*t from everone because im getting a crotch rocket next month (gsxr 750) Im 18 and my friends keep sayin "ur gunna rip urself a new a*****e" or "I'll start digging ur grave now" I race motocross i have a 450f so im used to riding and i think i can handle the 750. im a responsible kid and i ride smart im not a dumbass. I have a perfect driving record and i plan on wearing leathers and im most likely not gunna stunt any time soon.. I know i should get a 600 or maybe something even smaller but i know im gunna want to get rid of that and get a bigger bike in a week. So what do u guys think?

  1. Just like what you said, be careful and responsible and there shouldn't be any issues.

  2. well why you asking us we don't know how good you are your age your previous size bike so your the only person who can answer that my first bike was a crf 100 at age 10 then i got yz 80 i thought i was ready but my dad didn't but i  was actually perfect for that bike

  3. I went from a Kawasaki 600 (ZX-6R) to Kawasaki 750 (ZX-7R). Experiance, comfort and does it fit you? Any motorcycle can kill you if you ride like an idiot regardless of size. . Ride safe, alert and keep your eyes on traffic. Should be fine for you.

  4. Any bike like that is going to have one thing going for it, SPEED. The top speed on any crotch rocket type bike is 180 mph. Full leathers is a must, sturdy boots, full face helmet, and a good set of gloves. There is a gear you need to be careful with, anything from 4th gear on to 6th is going to leave your stomach back in the last county. Riding a crotch rocket is very much different than riding a motocross bike.
