Is a guy with one million?

dollars in cash & stocks with a paid for house with no debt and $300k annual income really rich these days? Or just doing ok? I make more than anyone I know & I need some perspective. Duh I know its not big money BTW

I am a middle aged guy.

Please send me a personal email and give me some financial and spiritual pointers on how to make money like you do! I keep reading books and all I can make is about $10/hr. what is wrong with me? and I am not very young anymore.

Pretty good for a middle-aged guy, about average for an older guy.

Having 1 million dollar net worth place you only in top 10 % of United States. So you can't really say he's rich. Maybe like an upper middle class.

However his annual income is pretty high. Top 1% of United States makes about 250,000 annual income. I'd say he's doing well but not rich.

In my area 1 million dollar won't get you any where.

I'm close or above all those numbers and don't consider myself to be rich. I figure I can't retire until I have at least $3,000,000 in cash, savings and investments and I only have around $1,500,000. My condo is also paid off.
