  1. The center of a hurricane (the eye) has low pressure, and the pressure increases towards normality at the outer edge.

  2. Anar ang is wrong. In northern hemisphere hurricans spin ccw, in southern they spin cw. (Water in cespools too,) see: Coriolis effect

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coriolis_ef...

Hurricans are formed due to temperature in water, (at least 28ºC) ans low pressure, the moment a hurrican goes into colder waters, and or enters a high pressure zone, the hurricane stops.

  3. Easy answer. Hurricanes have extremely low pressure- that's why they spin INWARD and COUNTERCLOCKWISE. Relatively speaking, however, the eye of the hurricane has the lowest pressure and the pressure increases as you travel away from the eye.

Generally speaking, any hurricane is an extreme low pressure system, meaning it brings rain and water. A high pressure system spins OUTWARD and CLOCKWISE, and has clear, cool, skies.
