Is a hurricane coming to brandon?

Not as a hurricane.  Tropical storm Fay has just made landfall and will now gradually weaken as it moves north northeast over the Florida peninsula today.  The effects there do not look like they will be as bad as the track of fay will be to your east now, thus there will not be much of an onshore component to the winds, and the bulk of the precipitation will be well to your east now.
