Depends of where you work and the culture of the place.

Have you seen other people in the office wearing similar attire?  If not, I would not wear it.

only if it's like knee-length. anything longer is out of fashion, anything shorter wouldn't be appropriate. but make sure it looks stylish... otherwise just spray some febreeze on some pants

It depends.  In an agricultural setting, it's probably appropriate, but in a city, it is probably inappropriate.  Do other people at your office wear denim skirts?

Jean-anything is not "business casual".  It's casual.  Period.  Unless your workplace is super, super laid-back, I don't recommend it.  I suggest you do laundry.

I would say that it all depends on the length of the skirt.  If you think that it is too short then obviouslly don't wear it.  However if it is long enough and you pair it with the right shoes and shirt then you should be fine (:

wear a super elegant top have your pinned up nicely, good shoes and look clean and polished and it is.

you need to make sure everything else is elegant, otherwise it can look way to shabby.

Business casual is such a vague term, it really depends on the office. My advice for the future is just scope out your office for a better idea of what people are wearing.

Generally denim is fine as long as it's clean, a solid wash (no acid/sand blasted fades), and without any rips or embellishments (ie, no rinestones, funky buttons, patterns), and the other pieces are professional and clean looking.

Consider a polo shirt or tank/tee paired with a nice sweater or blazer/jacket. Or of course, a button down shirt. No flip flops! Ever! Even if they have a wedge or heal. Wear conservative dress shoes with a small heel.

It really depends.  I wasn't allowed to wear jean skirts when I worked at a clothing store, because it was more upscale, I guess.  Some people are fine with that; others think it's tacky.

Depends on the office. Do other people ever wear them? I agree that if you wear it, it CANNOT be a short one! Also, make sure to wear a nice top with it - no tank tops. I would even avoid sleeveless completely -- go with a cute blouse or short-sleeved sweater.
