Is a kawasaki ZZR600 a good starter bike for a 5'3 110 girl?

I'd start with something smaller.  And the general rule of thumb is that your feet are flat on the ground when sitting on the bike, and that you can pick it up ALONE if it tips over.

i would start with something smaller 600 is a really large motor for a 5'3 110 person.  im about the same size and i have a suzuki 110 dirt bike and its almost too small.  id go with something under a 250.

Do you want to race or ride?  Most bikes aren't going to be ideally suited for your size.  I'd say it's as good as any.  

Riding won't be too difficult but trailering and if you have to tilt it back up may be a struggle.

When all else fails go Suzuki.
