  1. No they are not an endangered species, but they are a threatened species. We seem to like to eridicate our mammals here as I was watching a show the other night that said that we have managed to have the highest rate of eradication of native mammals in the World. Some record isnt it.

  2. I wrote an essay on them 5 years ago and they were I'm not sure if they updated though on that. But I still think they are.

You should look for threatened or endangered speices sites to find out for sure.

  3. First, it is called a "koala", not a koala bear... and yes it is an endangered species, at least in the declining sense of the word. Koala's are not officially listed as endangered although their habitat is constantly being threatened by internal (genetic) disease, being eaten (uh huh, they're tasty treats for many native and introduced wildlife), logging/ land clearance and bushfires in Australia.

  4. I hope not, I just shot three last week......Sadly I'm no longer welcome at the zoo.

  5. i was really fond of the Koala stew myself.

but then Joe made Koala shakes. i had to have one.

    mmmmmm

  6. Koalas are listed as Threatened but the species, like many others, IS in huge danger.

  7. I just went to a BBQ at Wings fans' house and we had koala burgers and koala chips..You told me they weren't endangered!!Thats the last time you get to hire sniper kitty for your dirty work.
