Is a les paul epiphone custom to heavy for a 12 year old kid?

Hi. I have to get a new guitar cuz mine broke and i really want a les paul left handed, will that be to heavy for me i am only 12

These are heavy guitars, but you'll grow into it. I once heard them described as 'having a table strapped to you', so the best thing to do is to go to your local dealer and try one. Les Pauls are the best there are, so i'd recommend one every time.

It is kinda heavy... i have one but im 19 and i think its kinda heavy but is the best guitar ever... you should get it. i mean you are gonna have the guiar forever, you might as well get a good one. besides, you'll get used to the weight

No, it is not too heavy.  You play with a strap standing up and rest it on your leg sitting down.  Someday, you will be older and it will not matter what it weighs.  That is a really good guitar too man.  I had one, but traded it for a Gibson SG.
