  1. If you don't have to prove your age when you buy it, then I wouldn't think that you would have to have a license to sell it.

  3. no because you are selling ice cream and not actual rum.  If you have a drug store you wouldn't need a liquor license to sell rubbing alcohol

  4. IF the ice cream you are selling consists of any alchohol then yes you would. If it does not then no.

    do you have to be over 21 to have rum raisin ice cream ? i hope not. It's been my favorite flavor since i was 10.

    so my answer's no. you don't need a liquor license
