  1. Absolutely! Think how much fun you can have with a wagon and how much utility you can get out of one for such a little amount of money. In addition to my role as an educator I'm a face painter, and when I bought my last Radio Flyer wagon I wanted one that was durable and could carry all my painting supplies and accessories, especially when I have to entertain at outdoor events. I bought a big red one with pneumatic tires. It fit the bill perfectly! It's incredibly stable; I've hauled heavy loads across very uneven terrain and this particular wagon has never tipped over. I've taken my nieces and nephew to the park in it. I've shopped at The Home Depot and my local grocery store with it (or another one of mine) in tow, foregoing the in-store carts. I've hauled items around my school with my wagons. I've carted things to and fro with them, including recyclables to the local drop station.

Wagons are such a fun and useful product. I now own five wagons (four of them Radio Flyers!) and a wagon trailer. Children love them; they can't seem to keep themselves out of them. I've found that more than a few children want to clamber into whichever wagon I bring immediately after I've unloaded my supplies. Adults love them either because they rekindle some childhood memory or because they're such practical totes for sundry supplies around the yard. The foldaway handle of one of the models I own is a great feature because I can carry it in the back seat or the trunk of a car--and the trailer is the cat's meow! The huge pneumatic tires make traversing curbs, ruts, etc. easier. I cannot think of a more worthy purchase for parents, grandparents or anyone who wants to haul loads of items, especially their children!

  2. So are little blue wagons....  Wagons are great because they can be used throughout your whole life.  You start by getting rides in them.  Then, you move on to giving other people rides.  You can also put things in the wagon.  Little kids put other toys and treasures in it.  Adults use wagons to transport things, too (when gardening, picnicking, taking kids for walks, etc).

  3. It sure is, because for one, its a classic, and also, it makes for a good ride for a child.  Many children like to be pulled around..so the wagon offers that opportunity.

  4. Boys and girls like wagons, they love to lug around all their treasured belongings.

  5. Yup, always a classic. It's the first toy my 2 & 5 year old pull out. They pull each other, I pull them and they LOVE to load it up with stuff and haul it around the yard.

If you get a good one (decent brand), it should last long enough to pass down.

    :)
