Is a lot of carbonated water bad for you?

I've recently wanted to kick the habit of drinking soda. Since regular water just doesnt compare to the goodness of soda i've been drinking carbonated water. Is about 2 cans of this stuff a day bad for u?

  2. In order for your body to process the carbonation, it requires an equal amount of calcium. In the human body, the most easily accessible calcium-store is bones and that is why it is not recommended to give carbonated drinks to children since their bones are still developing and they need all the calcium you can get.

    Even for adults, the calcium-robbing issue is not good so that is a reason people stay away from carbonated drinks.
