  1. If you are a U.S. citizen, you need a driver's license and a birth certificate (as of 2-1-08) to return to the U.S.  (applies to land and sea travel in the Western Hemisphere.   Rosy Palms does not know and Charlie needs to take himself  and the devil and return to Georgia.

I just got back from T.J.

  2. I think your Dad meant a Mexican visa. If you're only going to TJ then you won't need a visa.  You might check if you need an US passport to get back from TJ.  That requirement was slated to go into effect on the 1st of this year. However, I believe that they pushed it back to the first of next year. Wouldn't be a bad idea to check with someone before!!!!!

  3. just take ur drivers license and your birth certificate... thats all u need for now

  4. If you are an American citizen, you should have an American passport for international travel. If you are a Mexican citizen , you should have a Mexican passport for international travel.  You can ONLY have a passport from the country  you are a citizen of.  Now...Passports are NOT needed to cross the Mexican border by LAND. That requirement will not be enforced until summer 2009 at the earliest. See site below to see that now you need a photo I.D. and a proof of citizenship...which can be EITHER a passport OR a birth certificate.  You do not need a visa either.
