An orca?  It depends upon your definition of whale.  It is called a killer whale, but in taxonomy, an orca is a dolpin.

They are from Dolphinidae family, suborder Odontoceti (toothed whale), order Cetacea. All cetaceans are whales. In short, orcas and dolphins are toothed whales.
