not really, a party bus is usually bigger where people can actually stand up and a limo is just a fancy really long car that drives people places just for the "richness" of it

No, limo is stretch car, has more of a status symbol, a bus is a bus- where you book it and you and your friends hire a driver to take you around to pubs and clubs and drop off home again.

No, a party bus is just that a bus in which if you are of legal drinking age you can get rowdy and drunk as you go from place to place, a limousine is, I'd say for more formal affairs, and I really don't think much "true" partyin' goes on in them...drinking yeah but a party...doubtful!
