Is a pb150 paramount leaf blower/vac capable of pumping water?

can a pb150 paramount leaf blower/vac pump water because it has a propeller looking thing and the vent can be lifted to attach a hose and has a purniment magnet motor that is on the extereor part of the leaf blower/vac so yea plz tell me because i need to know fast

I wouldn't pump water even though it will probably suck it through the fan. The reason is that a pump is normally sealed off from the electricity side. If you pump water it will probably get into the motor.
