i became pesceterian in december 07 and since have felt really healthy and wanted to gradually move onto a veggie diet and possibly a vegan one. however, recently i've come out in acne and had lots of colds and dry skin and hair. i was wondering if anyone knows if this is to do with the diet? i dont eat many junk foods and eat lots of different fruit and vegies.i dont know if i should quit and eat meat again, i used to be at all the envy of my friends for my clear skin! help???!?

  1. i really doubt it, if you are between the ages of 11-20 it's probably just general teen acne.

  2. A pescetarian diet is actually really good for you. Fish is really healthy for you, since it has a lot of Omega 3.

  3. I would cut out the fish if I were you. The amount if pollution in the sea is bad. Even the Governments own advice is not to eat more than 1 fish a week. They have been found to contain high doses of mercury in them. Go veggie for your own sake

  4. I would think that the fish oil would make you healthier.

  5. I don't think it's your diet. Fish should make your hair and skin look better. Have you moved recently? Do you have extra stress?

The changing of the season always wreaks havoc on my skin and hair, especially if I'm in a different climate. Drink more water and it'll clear up. (Seriously... at least a liter a day of plain water.)

  6. That depends on what type of fish you eat.

You didn't mention that in your question so we can't say much.

  7. well lets see answer this one why was all this food we have created all you need to do is eat in moderation
