  1. It seems like it is.  It may be, we just can't prove it to the same degree of satisfaction as science.


  2. Philosophy inspires questions, science answers questions.

  3. I don't think so. A scientific discovery adds to the knowledge of the world. A philosophical discovery might mean more questions to be asked.
