Is a playing card tattoo consider small for excision?

I want to save money out of my pocket and hope that excision is cheaper. Also I easily scar so I rather have one scar than a scar of the tat. Also I am searching all over the net for a place that does it in orange county or riverside county and I can't find any? Am I looking for plastic surgeons or what?

If its a life size playing card tattoo then i would think that would be big for excision. Excision i would think would scar you the most. You might as well just get it lasered. When it comes to that kind of stuff and your body, why would you look for a bargin.
