Is a psp battery made from japan fake?

i just got a psp, and the battery says its made from japan.

I'm very OC when it comes to original products as i would like everything to be original.

PSP is a sony brand product. Sony originated from Japan, so your battery is most likely 100% real.

If it works, why would it be fake? I guess it was just made in Japan..?
