Freedom of Speech & Artistic Expression are Rights that our Constitution & Bill of Rights Guarantee. It doesn't say "you have this Right as long as it is Politically Correct & Everyone Agrees with what you are Saying" Does it? See what I am Talking about at http://www.SportswearByMail.com

  1. it is hate speech.

  2. What's wrong with that T- Shirt?I think it's pretty funny.

  3. It is. But I'd wait until such time as he is assassinated before wearing that. If gets assassinated that is.

  4. It can only be considered freedom of speech if you are expecting his demise or you are part of a conspiracy to murder the man. I do not think that senator Hillary Clinton realized her voiced secret wishes could stir a copycat or ill-will towards senator Barack Obama. How sad!

  5. Freedom of speech (expression) is lawful and guaranteed so long as your actions don't trample the rights of others which are also protected by law.  Politically correct or incorrect doesn't enter into it.  A good example might be flag burning.  Serious doubts about who is right and who is wrong are usually settled by the courts which may or may not be politically motivated.

  6. It's probably freedom of speech, but I think that... much like not yelling "fire" in a crowded building is illegal... this might be construed similarly. Nonetheless, I think you would probably get away with being able to sell it, although it is certainly tacky, tasteless, nasty, and a whole bunch of other adjectives that I can think of.

If this is how you plan on going national, I don't have high hopes for your success.
