I want to lose about 40 lbs in the next 8 or so months. I want to go raw, with veg n fruits only and exercise. I want to know, do you think this is healthy? Even possible? Downfalls?I worry I am going to be lacking vital something or another in my routine will fall victim to cravings (like I always do). I have it set in my mind that I want this done but I don't want to stare myself (which I have done in the past for quick weight loss) or find myself on a binge either.
