Is a resting pulse of 54 a good thing?

I am 28 year old male, weightlifter, lots of calories burned every day. Is this a good thing or what?

  2. If You Do Alot Of Physical Activity Your Resting Pulse Should Be In The 60-70 Range But 58 Is Not That Bad But You May Want To Consult With A Personal Trainer or Doctor To See What Is Right For You!

  3. Depending on the person, it could be a very good thing, or a sign of future heart problems. 54 is very low, any lower and you will become lethargic when at rest. Unless there is a family history of health problems related to this topic, you probably don't have anything to worry about for many years.  

  4. Shows your heart and lungs are working efficiently. If you have no disease, 54 is a good thing.
